      RESPONSIBILITIES: Managed relations and communications with alumni and stakeholders of Collingwood College. Engaged alumni and stakeholders with the college, its values and its aims, and encouraged philanthropic giving and volunteering which contributed to the improvement of student experience and employability prospects. ACHIEVEMENTS: Successful events programme brought over 500 alumni back into contact with college. Designed and established ‘Collingwood Connect’ to provide a series of careers events and employability skills to students, and give them access to careers profiles from over 100 alumni. Re-styled and restructured the annual alumni magazine and introduced e-comms and social media activity in order to deliver more purposeful communications. Work in collaboration with colleagues from the Division of Development and Alumni Relations to contribute to the development and implementation of a strategy aiming to raise awareness among staff, students and young alumni of donor supported projects and the impact of philanthropy at The University of Manchester, and build on this awareness to increase participation in philanthropic giving.
