Responsible for undertaking collaborative efforts with key stakeholders to develop a series of initiatives to maximise participation in the sport of swimming. The role focusses on implementing and developing key sporting, commercial, and strategic relationships. Importantly, the role will create new, visible, and accessible pathways to draw new and retain existing participants into the sport and optimise the use of new swimming facilities in construction across Christchurch.
