      Catered at least one to two events per week, such as senior night, business luncheons, weddings, and other special events. Worked up to 12 hour shifts handling and disposing of food and beverage items, cleaning silverware and other decorations, and assisting clients with dietary restrictions.

      Developed and taught a week-long creative writing curriculum to teenagers aged 13-16 over four weeks for two years. Coordinated field trips and supplies, and typed a journal with students' best works at the end of every week to be sent to families. Every student gave me at least a 4/5 rating and exceptional feedback, average 4.85/5. Head counselor, Summer 2019; Coordinated and supervised events for children aged 9-10, including field trips, games, and arts and crafts. Spoke with parents about any scheduling and behavior issues when necessary. Head usher from summer 2015 through summer 2019. Coordinated other ushers' schedules, assisted in population control for lectures and concerts, blew up and handed out balloons for children during outdoor concerts, enforced safety at all events.       Worked in person and via Telehealth with more than ten different clients from different backgrounds and varying abilities aged 2-22 who are on the autistic spectrum. Collected data and used Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) techniques to develop activities, stories, and games to improve essential life skills such as natural conversation, asking for objects, empathy, street safety, hand washing, and social circles. Facilitator for teen social group. Worked with Clinical Directors to develop and implement goals for several children on the autistic spectrum. Supervised Behavioral Specialists to discuss new paths for achieving client goals, and created materials and modeled strategies for clients. Wrote reports and addendums for clients needing updates to their treatment plans.
