      I am interested in studying how instances affect counterfactual thinking, how counterfactual thinking helps us understand memory more broadly, and how this may affect our present mental health. The Imagination and Modal Cognition Lab works at the intersection of philosophy, psychology, and cognitive neuroscience to ask questions about the nature and function of memory and hypothetical thinking.
