Developed an IoT enabled Robot Welding Cell(RWC) in a compact ensuring safe environment with safety equipment's, sensors, electro-pneumatic and master controller Allen Bradley (PLC). The integration of KUKA robots for CMT welding, material handling and cell development are as per ISO standard 10218-2.2. Prepared the Functional Descriptive Specification(FDS) document, covering project objectives, tentative layouts, system components, control architecture and important milestones for Robotic Welding Cell project3. Technical evaluation of multiple Material Handling Robots, Welding Robots and MIG Welding Power Source for tendering for RWC project from companies like KUKA, ABB, Motoman,Techman Cobots, Fronius TPSi 400.4.Used RoboDK for developing robot welding simulations for collision-free environment forboth robots. Integration and successful implementation of offline robot program (OLP)with actual system and calculating cycle time for a job shop production.5. Played an lead role in Ideation & Concept Development of Robotic Welding Cell project and in collaboration with my team for Multi Process Robotic Cell6. Analyzed functional specification requirements, finalized BOM, prepared & released tenders for parts procurement and fabrication for RWC and Multi Process Robotic Cell projects.7. Ideated and designed electro-pneumatic jigs and fixtures for sub-stations performing various assembly operations of the job in the Multi Process Robotic Cell. Designed Siemens HMI using WinCC following creative Siemens HMI MasterClass.8. Closely coordinated, escalated and supervised multiple vendors and fabricators to ensure timely completion of project activities and fast tracking the ordered items. Show less
