  Manage the support and maintenance of Supply Chain applications to include transportation management, appointment scheduling, advanced shipment notification (ASN), and receipt of vendor purchase orders into our Distribution Centers and stores. Lead cross-functional teams and consultants on software development projects. Leadership experiences: Managed the bankruptcy projects, data migrations, and transitions for TRU Canada and Central Europe to their new respective owners. Implemented two SaaS solutions into the Supply Chain resulting in significant cost savings and process improvement. The first solution enabled carriers to schedule their own delivery appointments into the Distribution Center network. The second solution was converting to a cloud based Transportation Management system for managing inbound domestic freight.Team lead for phase one of a multi-phased omnichannel implementation using Manhattan Order Management System. Managed the integration development and implementation of an omnichannel solution (in-store customer ordering for DC to store fulfillment) for over 600 stores.Managed the development and implementation of a vendor direct receiving application in stores using RF scanning and ASN. Managed the development and implementation of a scan based trading system so that a vendor owns their inventory which is then bought in stores and paid on the sale.Partnered with a 3PL to design, develop, and implement a Supply Chain Visibility reporting tool hosted in the cloud to provide tracking of product movement Show less
