I currently lead the quality management system audit preparation for both internal and supplier audits. Administrator of the company QMS, involving change control processes, ensuring compliance to company SOPs. Lead approver of device history records to ensure compliance to FDA Part 820 regulations and ISO 13485 standard. Led the creation, and conversion of manual test cases into an automated format for both web-based UI and API based software components.I support the development team through completing code reviews for software written in JavaScript, Matlab, and Objective-C. Verification of infrastructure provisioning, and software deployment through a Jenkins worker to AWS. I deployed and built out the company Jira account, and the required issue and workflows required for several business processes, and am responsible for ongoing maintenance and validation of the Jira server. Own and primary administrator for the Workspace ONE UEM fleet management tool, used to manage restrictions, and supervised app deployment to Apple iPads used within the company products.Within the Product Development processes area, I am currently serving as an internal product manager on an agile pilot project for a new internal administrative console application. The primary goal of this role is to trial agile practices within a regulated development environment, with the results to be expanded in scope to include the full product development lifecycle of the company’s primary product lineup. Duties include backlog grooming and user story development, working with internal customers to gather requirements and feedback generated from product demos.
