  As a Science Project Management Professional with over 7 years of experience inmanaging complex, inter/intra departmental programs, lead on activities to support & implement policy program initiatives in order to create maximum impact and build support amongst stakeholders. Orchestrated for over 4 Bi-lateral R&D projects in the areas of Water and Air quality monitoring and managed several visitation/exchange programs for students and scientists to address the issue of skill-development and capacity-building in areas of science and engineering. These time bound projects between the Governments of India and the United States are aimed to promote US-India bilateral collaboration in science, technology and engineering. Met the mandate through substantive interaction among academia, R&D laboratories, industry and government.
