Chair - Village of Woodridge Complete Count Committee - Tasked with managing community engagement efforts to ensure high response rates on 2020 Census. Working closely with State and Federal Partners.Worked on Janes Avenue TIF streetscaping, working closely with elected officials and consultant design team on stakeholder engagement and feedback. This is a $1 million dollar project that began in April and is due to be completed by December.Undertakes site plan review and other tasks with the Community Development team for new and existing businesses and residents as necessary.       As Transportation & Long Range Planner, I am responsible for managing and advancing key Village projects including:1. Hoffman In Motion, a grant-funded comprehensive multimodal transportation plan with accompanying asset management system. The project seeks to expand transportation options for all people in the Village, improve access in underserved areas, and advance pedestrian safety.2. A comprehensive revision to the Village's Zoning & Development Ordinances. Like many communities, the Village has an older Zoning Code that is not user-friendly. Through this effort, we seek to create a readable code that advances Hoffman Estates' development ambitions.3. Implementation of the Barrington/I-90 sub-area plan, including the establishment and management of the Stonington & Pembroke TIF district, and the ITEP-funded Hassell Road Bicycle and Pedestrian improvement project.
