Primary responsibility in this Facilities Planning project under the Clean Water Act rules while consulting for Detroit Water and Sewage Department was to take engineering material and explain in writing and in presentation to public, Coordinating and organizing Citizen Advisory council and public meetings and writing sections of the report -the Facilities Plan consisting of ten volumes. Site is with a commercial and light industrial history over last one hundred years. Previous use included lumber yard, wood treatment and petroleum hydrocarbons of variety over last eight decades. Loan involved for the client with Comerica.Provided design and construction management, specifications and opinions on issues related to incoming hard water treatment a waste water pre-treatment facility in Brighton, MI for a food grade liquid manufacturing company. Limits involve not only typical WW parameters but also include restrictive pH and sodium and chloride limits in a township with its own discharge from STP to ground water. Reviewing innovative technologies and applications towards most cost effective and expeditious treatment and management options. Providing Storm water PPP and Part 5 Rules per Act 451 in MI for Pollution Incident Prevention Plan. Multiple meetings with the township. Also, court appointed master involved in the process of resolving issues with the township.Provided involved engineering service for waste water treatment and water recycling at a prestigious car company's large automobile assembly plant in South Carolina while aligned with Doshi Associates and environmental assessment for a multi-plant company while aligned with with Giffels Webster.
