  The Community Justice Action Fund Speakers Bureau is a unique intergenerational leadership development for millennial thought leaders and formerly incarcerated organizers working at the intersection of gun violence prevention and criminal justice reform.   Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Academic Access & Success, the Director of the Multicultural Center for Academic Success works cross-divisionally and collaboratively with all campus constituents to enhance campus climate while implementing data-driven programs and initiatives focused on elimination of student achievement gaps as measured by RIT's Strategic Plan, Greatness Through Difference (2018- 2025) and the RIT Action Plan for Race and Ethnicity.   In my inaugural role at Yale University, I lead efforts to diversify our donor base and secure leadership gifts. I focus on cultivating and soliciting alumni, particularly those from historically underrepresented groups, to support Yale's mission and initiatives. I carry a portfolio of prospects and engage in discovery work to identify potential donors, collaborating closely with colleagues across Yale's Alumni Affairs, Development, various cultural centers and units on campus. I play a leading role in executing plans to diversify Yale’s overall donor base, ensuring that all voices are represented in our fundraising endeavors.
