Whether I'm working a single shift (1 trip) or a double shift (2 trips), I have to perform my tour guide speeches and stops in both Mandarin and English. Each shift requires paperwork to be filled out at the end of every shift, and to keep funds made on the tour safe until the hand-in day at the office the following week.   Roman Health & Wellness is a corporate wellness company that offers specialized programs designed to promote healthy work life balance, instil health initiatives, and teach how to modify unhealthy behaviours to increase productivity in a business environment. Through a holistic approach, RH&W will teach and provide the tools needed to work towards living a healthy way of life for employers in any type of business setting. The company offers two routes for health and wellness. The first is through educational seminars, known as Lunch and Learn seminars. This caters to a seated audience during a designated lunch time set by the client, where various important topics pertaining to healthy lifestyle practices are discussed. The second is through active engagement where a group training session takes place in the client’s workspace. A customized workout will be lead for individuals to participate in for 60 minutes. Key daily lifestyle habits and motivational techniques are taught in order for individuals to improve and optimize both their emotional and physical health. RH&W aims to improve workplace wellness and disease prevention, weight-loss management, sustainable long-term health results and practicing a healthy way of life to bring home to their families.
