  Responsible for all vertical assets in Permian; lease maintenance, production tracking, surrendering. Aiding in horizontal development planning, forecasting, economics, and presentations/updates to senior management. Spent a little over half my time in the field learning all aspects of mud, cementing, rig structures/ratings, and then moved to the office to assist in well design and planing along with execution. Spent half of my time in completions in the field learning Frac and drill out operations. Then, moved to the office to plan, design, and execute to production a full pad. Spent a year with the production team, spending the first half rotation around with various fields teams from pumpers, well techs, work overs and compression. Spent the next 6 months engineering over 250 wells, 36 batteries and 5 SWDs jn all aspects.
