  My role is to be the primary support to the business for the Cognos TM1 system. As part of my role I lead the project of integrating and migrating from our old Cognos Finance system over to Cognos TM1 and its upgrade to Cognos Planning Analytics. My support role has allowed me to develop my IT skills in many Microsoft applications including, Excel, Access and Word. I have also been able to develop my skills in report writing, data analysis and project management. I also liaise with various areas of the business including Finance, HR, Payroll, IT and Operations which includes the Directors of Marshall Motor Group.
