  Was my first experience to work overseas as an Architect, MA Design is a local consultancy firm active in the Sultanate of Oman focusing on Architectural / Structural designs for all types of buildings.Been part of the firm for 2 years / 5 months, i was handling various types of jobs as an Architect responsible of the following: - Creating concepts - Preparation of presentations to Client - Preparation of full Architectural technical design packages - Coordination with different disciplines lead design inside & outside the company - Handling submissions & obtaining approvals from authorities such as local municipalities, civil defense, ministry of housing, civil aviation, etc... - Preparation of tender packages for tendering process & prepare replies to tender queries / clarifications. - Supporting site supervision teams to overcome any problems that may happen during construction.My experience in MA Design was my first outside Egypt which introduced me to gulf region standards & regulations, despite the fact that most of the jobs I handled were entirely on private sector yet i had the opportunity to work on various types of residential, commercial, retail, hotels & industrial projects for prestigious clients around the sultanate.
