This involves providing clear direction, assigning specific roles and tasks, and fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.In this role, I coordinate a diverse range of tasks, including animal and bird welfare initiatives, plantation activities, surveys of cleaning workers' challenges, poster making, community outreach, and data collection and reporting. Through daily quizzes, I promote continuous learning and knowledge enhancement among team members, while regular team meetings facilitate open communication, progress discussions, and effective planning. I maintain comprehensive documentation of each volunteer's role, progress, and meeting records, providing regular reports to management to track project progress and address any issues promptly.My leadership approach emphasizes leading by example, clear communication, meticulous task management, and fostering a culture of learning and teamwork. One of my main responsibilities was assisting with animal and bird welfare initiatives, where I helped care for and nurture animals in need.
