Regular maintenance of utility machines included- Air Compressor (Spree, Sullair, Tamrotor, and Atlas Copco.), Vacuum\Diaphragm pump (Kirloskar), Air Cooled Chiller (Carrier) and some air conditioning unit both window and split.3. Ensured facility maintenance activities, like- Lighting arrangements, Fire alarm and detection system(smoke, heat, light), Pest Control, Door interlocking system, etc.4. Prepared calibration procedures by following the operating manuals of ancillary equipment ( gas regulating unit, pneumatic control, pressure gauge, temperature meter/gauge, electronic balances, etc.) 5. Conducted audit in local outsource calibration facilities.7. Inspected regular activities and performed maintenance of plant room equipment-Gas & Diesel Generators (Wartsila and FG Wilson), transformers, different pump(Raw water, pre-lube, HT& LT water pump etc.) and related auxiliaries.8. Perform and monitor the procurement, installation, commissioning and qualification activities of capital process machines of the generation facility, inventory and warehouse equipment.9. Collaborating with the project consultant to finalize the concept design, basic engineering, detailed engineering and other documents.10. Ensuring all the aspects of construction, repair work, project, equipment, work order, and daily maintenance to ensure that the jobs are completed efficiently and accurately following the required specifications.11. Good in SAP, Easergy Pro_v3.0.1, SincePni-V1.0.0.1, Maximo-related works. (Maintenance scheduling, Feeder & Vamp setting, Bill processing, Machine and machinery parts arrangement, duty schedule management etc.).12. Prepared monthly, yearly breakdown and maintenance schedule and revised schedule maintenance frequency as per demand. Show less
