My testimony for you is that it is pleasure to work with someone who is experienced and works to a high standard of quality.I noticed that despite relatively little discussion between us, you seem to know my requirements and adopted these with very little further supervision.Where there were issues requiring some discussion, you clearly engaged others on the rig to support your recommendations. I am a firm believer that the skill required of a good well site supervisor should be 60% knowledge and 40% communications/personal interaction. What you don’t know will probably be known amongst the 100’s of years of experience you have around you on the rig.
