This was cold calling, persuasion by subject, urgency, and expression of genuine interest in obtaining respondent's individual opinion, rapid but clear articulation of voluminous survey pages and proper coding of responses against the respondent's tight time expectations. Out of hundreds of completely analyzed surveys, only 2% of surveys offered a small monetary incentive for respondents to participate in a survey.
