I have been responsible for a significant amount of legal research and analysis of our data and working closely with a project manager in suggesting the scope of the exercise based on knowledge of Arqiva’s portfolio.I am also one of the businesses identified O365 'Superusers'. On an ongoing project, I am assisting with the design and migration for the legal teams migration to Sharepoint and the implementation of wider O365 tools Show less Responsible for coordinating the Operational Resilience week. A project aimed to educate staff across the business on operational resilience. This project involved coordinating events across seven Arqiva sites. Responsibilities in the role included- -Attracting external presenters to come in and host sessions as well as managing their requirements.-Designing the structure of sessions -Managing invites for all sessions. -Being point of contact for the SHE team to assist with any queries from colleagues. -Producing promotional material to increase awareness.   Main Responsibilities Overseeing E2E delivery of AAR’s (assets at risk) and replacement sites from initiation through to customer handover. To date, no AAR’s have turned into ‘Dead Cells’ and management of projects in value of £400,000 have been progressed to protect Cellnex assets. Management of SWC’s throughout the project deliverables, ensuring work submitted to both Cellnex’s and customers specification. I assisted with the onboarding on a new supplier to the program.Creating project plans and tracking key milestones to ensure project was on track against the intended baseline. Ensuring all stakeholders including suppliers were aware of the key deliverables and the due dates. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project to allow timely decision making. In my time within the role collaborated on process improvements to ensure correct deliverables were in place at the right time to allow informed engagement with the stakeholders at the correct stages. Financial management of the projects to deliver to agreed budgets. Management of all changes and risks on the project via Cellnex’s agreed change management process. Promoting strong H&S culture.
