  Credit, FI & Investment Control Department: Review Credit, FI & Investment approval vehicles in a timely manner up to defined matrix to ensure all administration requirements are incompliance with the banks Credit Policy Guide, Credit processes & procedures guide, KRI, Central Bank of Egypt directives, Committees directives, Management guidelines and SOP’s prior to submission to approval bodies.Main Duties:• Reviewing Credit, FI and Investment approval vehicles according to the authorities’ matrix stated in the CPG for the cases presented to different Credit Committees for approval, ensuring their compliance to the CBE directives, CPG, Management guidelines and any other relevant SOP’s and policies.• Verifying the O/S, Past Dues, Excess and Casuals in the presented credit vehicle, to highlight the recommended action plan for settlement, and the upcoming strategy with the client.• Accommodate Daily update and register for all vehicles circulated within the approval chain.• Reviewing and Monitor all the Credit Information Reports for the customers and their guarantors with the Corporate Credit Officer and CEM. In addition, ensure negative issues are flagged in the credit approvals and missing documents are being signposted in the documentation report.• Review the pricing concession memos and Co-ordinate prior submission to Pricing Concession Committee (PCC) and communicate approvals to Corporate Loans processing and Trade Finance group.• Precisely reviewing related parties declarations and their Guarantors to be in line with the CBE reporting directives. In addition, ensure delivering originals to the safe keeping section.• Review and confirm that Risk Rating Assessment Model is handled through its related workflow system, in order to have updated database in line with CBE recommendation.
