      I am using what I have learnt in account management and customer service, plus my skills obtained in Maintenance in my role as Assistant Manager in the Property Services division at Mercy College.My role includes being available and on call when the Manager is on leave, or off site. I am also responsible for allocating tickets to the Grounds & Maintenance team. These are received for a large variety of jobs within the Mercy College school site and can range from Pre-Primary and Kindergarten to Year 12.My experience in years of customer service are essential in working with Management, plus Teaching and non-teaching staff, to listen and understand what is required with each ticket, and manage expectations on the urgency of any jobs received through excellent communication and always with a smile.Finally, completing these jobs at the very highest standard and in a reasonable timeframe, ensures the safe operation of the school for all staff, students and parents.
