      The Carrington wasn't my first employment, but for all intents and purposes it was the first and foremost contributing job to my career in hospitality, and where I was inspired to push past my weaknesses in order to grow as a both a person and as a professional.My work here built upon and cemented my prior training at Blue Mountains TAFE, including but not limited to: A La Carte dining & service, bartending, cocktails, event service, and my personal customer skills.

      Going on 5 years now and Accor has so far been one of the finest employers here in the Blue Mountains, fully training me in every aspect of hospitality with plenty of experience in every F&B role at the hotel. I've worked in our many a la carte restaurants, room service, Two Doctors Whiskey Tavern, Sublime Lounge, Jamisons Restaurant, and I've also distinguished myself assisting our Conference & Events department in every kind of function, from meetings to weddings, and even in exclusive buy-outs.I currently train new staff members in high-end bar service including top-notch standards for both coffees and cocktails.I pride myself on my high standards and immaculate record of customer service. Sublime Lounge is often the first and last thing our guests see as they stay in the resort.
