      The Corporate Strategy/ Business Performance Management group supports Citi Global Consumer Banking four geographical business lines (Branded Cards, Retail Banking, Mortgage, and Commercial Banking), and addresses topics at the top of senior management agenda. • Lead Global Consumer Banking CEO performance KPI, including short and long-term business deliverables based on corporate guidance, strategic priorities, and Investor Day commitments. Guide the individual business on goal setting, and conduct analysis to ensure businesses set up appropriate and stretch targets.• Analyze monthly, quarterly and annual financial results and KPIs. Analyze business performance versus Plan and external commitments. Produce run-rate and full year projections on important metrics (Digital and Client Experience metrics) to highlight growth potential and identify potential risks. Track progress on strategic priorities against pre-set milestones. • Build strong partnership across regions and business lines. Lead complex projects across functional teams and regions. Developing insightful solutions grounded in vigorous quantitative and strategic visions.• Closely work with HR on mid-year and year-end performance evaluation. Develop quantitative models to support bonus pool allocation and individual manager performance ranking. • Conduct competitive intelligence research and analysis; Follow earnings and Investor Day reports• Deliver important KPI documentation for meetings with Citigroup CEO, Board of Directors, regulators, as well as presentations for Earning Release and analyst meetings.
