      For almost 10 years, I was a Federate Gymnast at Gymnastics Section of Coimbra Academic Association, participating in several national competitions and some international ones. I have started in a Pre-Competition class, then I was a Tumbling Gymnast for 8 years, and in my last year I was an Athlete of Gymnastics for All.Being a Tumbler Gymnast has helped me develop a lot of skills, from specific tricks and techniques, to soft skills like time management, persistence, hard work and dedication.Besides these skills I have developped as a Tumbler Gymnast, trying a different Gymnastics Discipline in my last year helped me improve my teamwork and adaptability skills.
