  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Studying & understanding of site drawings, specifications & scope of works as per the site requirements. Dealing with Estimation of project & preparing the B.O.Q. Taking submittal approval from Client/Consultant. Carry out heat load estimation using HAP, E-20, Block load Software’s. To calculate Pipe & Duct Sizes using McQuay software’s. Testing & commissioning of the HVAC systems. Estimating & Costing for the new projects. Procurement of all kind of Material (Mechanical & Electrical). Creating different reports as required by Management.  Negotiating with the vendors for Rate, Delivery and Payment Terms.  Stock Verification, Analysis of Vendor Performance & Price Variance & Purchase related all responsibility - New Vendor Development, Price Negotiation with vendor, PO releasing, Material Delivery and Payment etc.  Doing Planning & Value Engineering. To make cost control by avoiding the wastage of any materials and man power.. To liaise with the MEP contractor, consultant regarding the technical & Non-Technical issues. Documentation of Material Submittals and data processes.  Attend weekly meetings and Reporting to Project Manager.  Worked with Ductable Split, VRF’s and Chiller projects. Looking into fabrication of Ducts and its Insulation Works. Coordinating & monitoring the Sub contractors for proper and timely execution of allocated works as per the schedule. Leading & guiding a team of supervisors, Foremen and Technicians in the execution of works.
