  - Responsible to implementation of HSE (Health, safety and Environment) in the Project.- Review of QA/QC procedure with related of the Project such as: ITP procedure, Fabrication procedure, Welding procedure, NDT procedure, Assembly procedure, etc.- Make sure all Fabrication drawing which used by production team according to the Approved Drawing for construction and latest revision.- Make sure all Fabrication tools and measurement which used by production team already calibrated, such as welding machine, regulator, convex ruler, steel ruler, water pass, auto level, topcorn, etc.- To Check and inspection of material specification, cutting process, fit-up (including check weld preparation, beveling, gap, hi-low, leveling, straightness and dimensional) according with approved drawings, procedure, code and specifications.- Visual inspection before, during, and after welding and decide whether the weld is acceptable in term of the particular levels which are permitted.- Monitoring and to ensure that all NDT activities (MT/PT/UT/RT), Mechanical test, etc are have been done and compliance with code and standard.- To check and inspection assembly: preparation of welding, straightness, leveling, twisting, misalignment, dimensional, visual and all items those assembly are correct and accordance with drawing.- Ensure the final dimensional with Auto level, Total station and Topcorn with Client and perform all report and get approval from client.- Ensure punch list is prepared during inspection and coordinating with relevant department for closing out and get approval from client.- Make daily report such as: Fit up report, Visual report and Final Inspection report.- Ensure all approval inspection report is for prepared and arrange of MDR (Manufacture Document Report).
