  A team member in the implementation of ERP system "Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009" project.supervising the warehousing and line feeding activities for CKD, CBU, and Bank Stock stores with the following Responsibilities : Provide support in planning the warehousing activities to meet the production plan for both sequence and volume. Ensure the Utilization of all available resources (employees, fleet, equipment, fixed assets, etc…) and ensure the maximum effectiveness and efficiency. Ensure inventory accuracy through continuously ensuring that physical inventory counting is followed and report all stock discrepancies, and suggesting the necessary corrective action. Ensure the safety, security of the warehouse personals and Goods stored at the warehouse and Keeping the warehouse neat and tidy. Control and audit the transactions performed by all subordinate employees and ensure that all procedures are being followed correctly. Ensures that KPIs of each subordinate (store keeper, store laborer) are achieved Check all goods received against a purchase order are as per the requirement on the Purchase Order and meet all requirements. Communicate and follow-up with claim section with CKD shipments deviations against order ensuring the data required for claim process are delivered correctly. Follow up and audit the release of picking lists on time ensuring that the picking lists are updated and active engineering changes are considered. Supervise the line feeding activities ensuring delivery of the right parts at right stations on time. Follow up and audit line feeding sheets ensuring its consistency with process sheet. Coordinate with quality and engineering departments for critical engineering changes application. Monitoring and reconciling all stock movements within the warehouse locations. Keep tracking the stock levels and report critical items beyond safety stock. Use relevant IT applications, Maintain departmental standards.
