  My responsibilities as a Painter/Manager at The Park at Riverdale included but were not limited to: Sprayed prepared surfaces with specified amounts of primer/ decorative finish coatings.   My responsibilities as a Fabricator at The Glass Service Center included but were not limited to: Fabricated and installed metal sashes/ moldings for glass installation, using aluminum or steel framing. Fastened glass panes into wood sashes/frames with clips, points, and moldings, adding weather seals/ putty around pane edges to seal joints. Using Attention to Detail, read and interpreted blueprints/ specifications to determine size, shape, color, thickness of glass, location of framing, installation procedures, and staging/scaffolding materials required. Cut and attached mounting strips, metal or wood moldings, rubber gaskets, and metal clips to surfaces in preparation for mirror installation. Set glass doors into frames, bolted metal hinges, handles, locks, and other hardware to attach doors to frames and walls. Using precision and Problem-Solving, loaded and arranged glass/mirrors onto delivery trucks, using suction cups and cranes to lift the materials.
