  Mark grew the EHS Compliance practice for the URS-side offices in Charlotte, Greenville, and Atlanta from three practitioners to approximately 15 during his tenure with the company. He developed his practice offerings in both compliance auditing and SPCC/FRP, with over 700 audits performed and more than 1300 SPCC plans completed.
