      With my strong administrative background, I was able to successfully transition into the property management industry at Lieberman Management with the support of an individual who believed in my abilities. The transition allowed me to develop leadership and managerial skills while learning the property management business, ultimately providing property management services to ten condominium associations simultaneously. As Property Manager to ten community associations, I would offer guidance to and execute the directives of the Board of Directors of each community, while working with homeowners, vendors and maintenance personnel, coordinating all necessary services, including all of the property manager duties described above under my prior employer, Property Specialists.       Responsible for management of twelve communities simultaneously, while fulfilling other roles within the company. As a property manager, I was responsible for the management and maintenance of twelve HOA, condominium, and townhome communities, providing two levels of management and customer service -- one to the Board members who award our contracts, and another to the residents of each community who were in need of information or maintenance service. I was responsible for assuring client satisfaction and contract renewals by providing superior customer service, arranging for all maintenance and repair services necessary, while fostering good relationships with each Board member, resident, and contractor. Responsibilities varied from simple work order issuance, correspondence and invoice processing to contract negotiation, supervision of maintenance personnel, budget preparation, collection matters, and financial responsibility for each community. My management and exceptional organizational skills with laser focus on details allowed each property to run smoothly and effectively, and in accordance with legal requirements. After one year serving as a Property Manager, I became an Account Executive, responsible for supervising three other property managers, interacting with their clients as well, while still managing my own portfolio. Two years later, I was promoted to Assistant Vice President, taking on the responsibilities of Human Resources for the company, and serving on the Corporate Senior Staff Team. These positions required exceptional organizational and administrative skills, writing, computer and communication skills, an attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, stressful environment, innovation and able to think on your feet, self motivation, discretion in confidential matters, in addition to managerial, leadership, people and customer service skills. While no longer personally managing community associations, I now can put my industry experience to good use supporting those that do.
