Technically, it provides e-signature solution via OneSpan to get customer's consent of credit check digitally. Uplifting marketing digitalization level from 50% to 80%. Tagging customer behavior via Qualtrics, sending to data warehouse for data analytics and marketing via Adobe Campaign.Responsible for CRM system which is under micro services structure. The system supports 3 mil customers and synchronizes core systems in real time. More than 50 APIs and 30 MQ events are delivered within my tenure. To support an Australian industry program to allow transaction between ADIs via PayID and payment been settled in central bank in 14 seconds, I am also responsible for the requirements of PayID registration in SWIFT and payment notification management.
