These included savings, current, student & many more accounts. I had to make sure that all proper documents were in place to open the account and confirm that the customer is genuine so that there is no room for fraudulent activities.I was also responsible to rectify certain errors and to collect information which are omitted in the mandate. To do this I had to have a strong relation with the customers and my superiors in which I succeeded because of my strong communication skills.In this I had a target of processing 10 mandates an hour where as I was able to process 16 mandates an hour which was a result of my good computing skills.• Was accredited by HSBC Automated Clearing House (ACH).This involves a wide range of activities like transferring funds, salary payments, clearing of cheques and many more transactions from multinational companies like Coca-cola, Mcdonalds, IBM, etc.I was responsible to make the payments of most of these companies by obtaining funds approval from their respective relationship mangers.I was also involved in analysing the level of risk of the companies and recommend payments of the companies.I was appointed as the trainer for this department which consisted of 6 employees and was the process specialist to analyse the risk of payments.
