  DC Motor designer - Dynamometers, Excavator MG Sets, 500-4000HP DC motors for papermills, steel, cranes, ships, plastics.Transitioned into Product Service/Warranty Administration in 1984.Product Service for Off Highway Vehicles (large electric mining trucks) and drill rig AC/DC motors for Locomotive Division in Erie PA.Coordinated and instructed at various motor schools for repair/service personnel from around the world.

  Responsible for administering warranty on 1-4000HP AC/DC motors which are manufactured in Mexico. Perform site visits to repair if necessary or advise/coordinate repair anywhere in the world. Provide technical information to customers, service shops, and field engineers. Respond to motor warranty issues, determine workscope for resolution. Work with shops and customers worldwide. Provide feedback to Engineering and factory to build better products. Instruct at customer sites and GE schools and provide hands-on instruction including maintenance, repair and testing of motors.
