Unexpected family health challenges took priority for much of 2015. Leading IT team through a period of significant organisational transformation providing opportunities for functional development, capability delivery and increased business value orientation. Accountable for all core Business Applications used throughout the Nufarm group globally from Application selection through Ongoing support, maintenance and enhancement through to end of application life. • Key collaborator in defining, developing and implementing the Global IT Organisational structure and specifically accountable for redefining internal business process centric roles to improve our Business centricity and overall understanding, whilst complementing our external support capability implemented with Accenture Application Managed Services.• Planning and provision of internal resources to compliment external project teams in delivery of new Global applications.
