Show less As Customer Service Trainer, I stepped into my first management learning and development position where I project-managed training facilitation plans and relevant materials to increase productivity and improve overall team performance. I oversaw all scheduling and equipment retrieval to ensure that sessions were executed smoothly, and, perhaps, one of the most critical pieces of this role involved transforming instructor-student approaches to meet learner needs.
