Developed a spreadsheet outlining key points for review in mechanical projects, leading to reductions in financial waste and time.Promoted from Junior Engineer to Senior Engineer in June 2021 due to results delivered in projects I was involved with.During my role as a Junior Engineer at Padtec, I took on the strategic projects TM1200G and TM800G, where I implemented a new thermal simulation software and developed initial processes for conducting simulations in the company. I was responsible for the mechanical design of the products, which stood out from others in the portfolio due to the inclusion of an exclusive fan tray. Subsequently, I participated in the TMD400G project, where I executed a similar scope. Both projects, each lasting about a year, significantly contributed to the company's success, reflected in a 41.2% increase in gross revenue, 56.8% in net profit, and 77.1% in EBITDA growth in 2021.Participation in the TM800G project allowed me to enhance my skills in thermal simulations and mechanical design. This product stood out in the market, leading sales in 2022 and being adopted by 70 clients in 7 countries across the Americas.
