  Fully constructed a 20x60 greenhouse with a 3 man team in a very short time frame. Repair of our other 20x88 greenhouse after 90 mph winds destroyed the hoops and the frame of the greenhouse.Our team promptly traveled to Oakland, CA in the morning following the facility's destruction from a deadly storm. Within a remarkably short 36-hour timeframe, we efficiently restored the greenhouse to operational status, ensuring the optimal growth of plants and preventing any loss in profits.Created natural and organic formulas derived from local natural resources to use in the nursery to cut costs and also provide the plants with more nutrients than most over the counter fertilizers offered.Engaged in consultations with local farmers to optimize crop yields, thereby enhancing their profitability.Provided valuable insights and education on innovative agricultural practices to streamline operations, reduce manpower, and increase overall efficiency for sustained profitability in subsequent seasons.   After two weeks at Veritas, I was chosen out of twenty others to assist in caring for newly transplanted plants. This role involved an additional workday with overtime pay.After two more weeks of weekend plant care, I was promoted to assist the master grower in maintaining a year's worth of plants destined for a 30+ acre field, ensuring a healthy and sustainable season. We managed over 15,000 plants in the greenhouse.Meticulously documented daily plant growth, environmental conditions, and applied treatments for the plants. I worked with a master grower and learned to make informative decisions to ensure each plant was treated with adequate nutrients, water, humidity and refrained from pests and diseases. Show less
