  One project I leaded as a Team Leader became Vulnerability Management as a Service, a service delivered with cross-center teams from Security, Infrastructure Management and Application Operations. Show less My goal as a Business Protection Specialist is to reduce the risk of internal and external cyber-attacks by managing the remediation of security vulnerabilities identified on computer systems supported by Technology Delivery and Operations Group Data Centre and applications managed by all Vodafone Local MarketsAdditionally, I successfully contributed to the migration of a local access database to an Oracle one, live in production. By doing that and developing SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures I managed to reduce the number of manual repetitive tasks and implement a real-time reporting system in Oracle Business Intelligence. At the end of the internship I gladly accepted the QA Specialist position.The main activity was to perform, accordingly with operational, architectural, security and compliance standards, QA acceptance tests on all IT-infrastructure components and non-technical service components needed for the implementation of new & decommissioned services.I was also involved in the continous develoment and improvement of the end-to-end process and acceptance tests in order to support Group Technology with the more recent and efficient standards available .Moreover, I was responsible for performing SOX audit checks to ensure the quality and consistency of the audit, automating part of the checks that were previously performed manualy and earning my White Belt title Show less
