Because we're not council fund dependent, we build our own business division to gain fund for our organisation and it was interesting. Your managerial skill challenged since in education phase, you're able to immediately apply the knowledge which we gain from formal class.

      My work were combination of managing, marketing, and communication. It was challenging and need a lot of effort on creativity, choosing the right promotion media and choosing the accurate communication methods were one of the responsibility I carried. The company offered several kind of product for each segment and target, and it required advanced knowledge. That was one of the reason I decided to take master degree in Japan to gain more knowledge. Customer voices are everything to marketing and the company, we could evaluate our performance, gain trust, even gain new market. SERVQUAL methods we know as RATER model are really useful in helping my duties as CS supervisor, not to mention statistic knowledge also takes part.
