For Example, Director meeting with the Art Department.-Assist the 1st Assistant Director with shooting schedule related breakdowns. For Example, create a daily breakdown of all Background Actors to distribute to all departments that may need it for filming.-Attend technical location scouts and take notes in regards to departmental equipment needs, manpower needs, director requests.-Be a beacon of information for all departments -Communicate for departments in the case that they can't/won't comminucate inter-departmentally.PRODUCTION-Create Daily Callsheet-Communicate with All Departments (Catering, Camera, Extra's Casting, Electric, Stunts...) to make sure that they are prepared for the following days/weeks work.-Communicate with Cast Members in regards to call times, pickup times, daily scheduling of scenes...etc.-Assist the 1st Assistant Director with Safety protocols involving Pyrotechnics, air cannons, fast moving vehicles in close proximity to crew members, firearms, picture helicopters, camera helicopters, camera vehicles, police road closures and intermittent traffic control, multiple picture cars with various camera mounts, background processing and placement.-Manage crews of up to 250 people.-Create and maintain a daily Production Report.-Worked with and delegated duties to a department of up to 30 in order to maintain safety and control of the set.-Close the company at the end of the work day to ensure the safety of all crew members upon their wrap out.-Created Callsheets-Oversee the signing of SAG daily and weekly contracts by all actors.-Communicated with the 1st AD and Line Producer about daily cast and crew union regulations.
