  Responsible in this role for launching an experimental, centralized Editorial team dedicated to supporting academic editors and driving title development in a more scalable, process-led, data-driven way – utilizing Agile methodology and embedding continuous improvement principles into operational work. Responsible for leading a range of analytical and continuous improvement initiatives across the Production and Peer Review departments. Responsible for management of a team of 6–7 Production Editors producing, until 2016, a mixed portfolio of over c. 150 academic journals, and, from 2016 to 2019, a smaller, specialized portfolio of c. 100 complex, largely society-owned titles.
