  Previously worked at FSS (part of Crystal, now Advantage professional) as a Recruiting Consultant in the '90's before moving into Executive Search and then front line business development and training. Responsible for driving forward key changes to the structure, content, quality and continuation of training available to those in front line sales positions. Working closely with junior consultants through to senior billers on a one to one basis, enabling performance enhancing techniques for at the desk return. A key focus of this role was to create from scratch 'The Academy' training programme designed for new joiners to the firm. The programme consisted of classroom training, at the desk application and one to one mentoring. The programme is still in use today and is responsible for developing some of the companies leading billers. The work carried out had a far reaching impact not only on FSS but sister company Crone Corkill, who benefited from many of the training advances introduced. Show less
