This includes the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), Qatar, Oman and South Africa.As the lead for the KSA file, I have facilitated the visits and meeting of Saudi Ministers to Singapore and exposed them to Singapore capabilities in connectivity, digital economy, energy and human capital development. Together with my Saudi Co-Secretariat for the key Saudi Singapore cooperation platform the Saudi Arabia-Singapore Joint Committee, we have successfully conducted the 3rd Joint Committee in Riyadh in October 2023 which saw the signing of seven MOUs.
