      I joined Tilly's when it came to Michigan. Was responsible for the major growth at our first location that brought the company to open a new location a year and a half later. I moved over to the new location and continued to beat expectations. 2017 saw my store have the 2nd highest Comp increase, the top ADS and UPT Increase in the whole company. We continued that trend in 2018 up to my departure. I spent a lot of time traveling and training new Leaders as well as fixing up struggling stores to help turn the culture around. My last year I did a lot of District Manager duties and my DM had me travel with him to do store visits to help me grow. I looked over scheduling for the district, right people right place right time, as well as doing the weekly recaps and calls for the district every Monday. Show less
