  Working as a part of corporate project team, had done program management for various projects like - Fiber delivery for Vodafone, Jio, and Idea.- Program management from network side for IMS Project, which includes, coordination with various stake holders like, IT, lab teams, NOC team, CHM team enterprise team, Govt officials, report publishing, project tracking, vendor and material tracking installation, commissioning, AT and UAT, various feature testing like video calling etc.-AAA server upgradation project- its a upgradation project. This includes, existing server upgrade and software upgrade, fall back testing, integration with govt managed servers.
