      I worked as a team member to prepare students of child development to become teachers and administrators for preschool programs. This includes course design through creative arts, supervision of student teaching internships, interfacing with community agencies and advising students for careers and professional development. I am competent to teach online and in classroom seated courses. I am a motivational speaker in the field of early childhood and faith-based venues. I incorporate creative arts in music, movement and drama to motivate adults and to build character in children.While at Wake Tech CC, I had the honor of receiving the NC Excellence in Teaching Award for NC Community Colleges and First Citizens Bank.I currently am available as a consultant by phone and direct location to guide or provide ore extensive training where needed.
