  I assisted individuals with special needs in obtaining, and maintaining a community job. I had to keep updated resumes for each client. Keep daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly documentation that had to be turned into DIDD " Department Intellectual Development Disability " These reports was due monthly and yearly. I was responsible in data entry for each check that the individual earned, this data entry was kept to keep up with how much the individual made weekly and yearly, this data entry was also used to ensure that each individual did not make to much this was documented in a Microsoft Word and Excel program. Each individual served had a Job Coach that took them to and from the work site, they also assisted the individual with learning and accomplishing the job duties that was assigned. I managed a total of 20 Job Coaches and 19 individuals. I had to ensure each day that the job Coach completed the individuals daily notes in the Program called Timas. The job Coach's job was to complete accurate documentation on what the individual served completed that day at work. Once these notes were completed, it was then my job to go into Timas and ensure that accurate and complete documentation was done, then I signed off on the daily Timas notes. Show less
