  Award for Excellence in Technology Innovation Tertiary ICT Conference Sep 2024 Presented a paper Evolving AV Development and Support in Tertiary Education with AI, which was won an Excellence in Technology Innovation award. The paper focused on University of Otago AI work on building AI systems that use the AV (cameras, controllers, microphones) in teaching spaces to perform automated routine maintenance, fault finding, and room hazard safety checks.
