  - Facilitated shipboard cross-coordination between Office of Naval Research, Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren, Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme and Northrop Grumman for installation of the Solid State Laser Technology Maturation (SSL-TM) program high-energy laser weapon system. - Led integrated team of civilian and military personnel in the execution of over 20 dynamic, at-sea test events including a high-energy laser engagement of an unmanned aerial vehicle, directly supporting a Chief of Naval Operations initiative. - Responsible for the development and execution of technical and tactical training scenarios for shipboard personnel. Ensured that training addressed current and emerging threats, while adhering to Navy-wide standards and proficiency requirements.- Led department of 20 personnel in the daily execution of all shipboard administrative functions including pay and personnel matters, official correspondence and manning management.- Led department of 50 personnel in the daily operation and maintenance of Ship's Self-Defense System (SSDS), radars, communications equipment, weapons, ammunition and associated support equipment.- Oversaw the execution of the anti-terrorism force protection program, shipboard training program, explosive safety program and Junior Officer training and qualification program. - Personal and professional mentor to personnel across various ranks throughout the command. Collaborated with international partners in academic setting to develop at-sea schedule of events to support bilateral training and development. Responsible for the execution of five-day maritime exercise, further enhancing US partnerships throughout the Pacific. - Shipboard liaison for cross-coordination with USCG Law Enforcement Detachment for the planning and execution of 60-day Oceania Maritime Security Initiative patrol in the South Pacific. Efforts directly supported Secretary of Defense initiative to combat transnational crime and enforce fisheries regulations. - Oversaw the execution of the anti-terrorism force protection program, shipboard training program, explosive safety program and Junior Officer training and qualification program. - Personal and professional mentor to personnel across various ranks throughout the command focusing on advancement, retention and professional development.
